Founded in 2015 by Katherine Gardner—a fifth-generation baker and member of the celiac community—MinusG began as a personal mission to bring joy back to the kitchen after her own diagnosis. What started with homemade mixes that wowed friends and family has grown into a trusted name for those seeking food that’s safe, satisfying, and full of flavor.

Now, in 2025, we’re celebrating 10 years of helping people live and eat without compromise. MinusG’s outrageously delicious baking mixes are free from the top 9 allergens (plus a few more), made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen using whole grains, non-GMO and plant-based ingredients, and sourced from local growers whenever possible.
