Founded in 2015 by Katherine Gardner, a fifth-generation baker and member of the celiac community, MinusG began as a personal mission to bring joy back to the kitchen after her own diagnosis. What started with homemade mixes that wowed friends and family has grown into a trusted name for those seeking food that's safe, satisfying, and full of flavor.

We're celebrating 10 years of helping people live and eat without compromise.
