Family owned business for over 14 years. Our products were developed by our Grandmother and Mother over 80 years ago. Our Grandmother brought her recipes with her when she immigrated to the United Stated from Lebanon. Through the years our Mother passed on this tradition of making Baklawa (Baklava), Hummus and Fresh Baked Pita Chips for our weddings, holidays and other Family special occasions.

We have continued these fabulous recipes and family traditions and developed other wonderful Baklawa (Baklava) flavors now up to 9 from 6. Those being Apricot, Buckeye (Reese’s), Chocolate, Hawaiian Delight (Almond Joy), Nutella, Pistachio (Traditional Flavor), Sea Salt Caramel Cashew, Turtle and Walnut (Traditional Flavor). Our Fresh made Hummus daily comes in 10 wonderful flavors to appeal to the masses. Those Flavors are Black Kalmata Olive, Buffalo, Chipotle’, Chocolate (Dessert Hummus no garlic), Cilantro & Lime, Dill Pickle, Mint, Original Roasted Garlic, Pesto (Homemade Pesto) and Sweet Roasted Red Pepper. To go along with our Hummus we bake fresh daily our Pita Chips in Light Sea Salt and Parmesan, Herb and Garlic. As well as other fine Sweets!
