Trisha began teaching about elderberry (and a number of other holistic remedies) in 2009 when she was fed up with how much the health care system had failed her, and frustrated with how the corporate sector refused to take a proactive approach to incentivizing employees toward natural wellness solutions over pharmaceuticals.

With a number of holistic health certifications, Trisha dedicates her free time to studying herbalism and reviewing science-based evidence. Trisha's Elderberries employs both naturally-minded allopathic and naturopathic health practitioners as well as scientific research consultants.
