Adults (at the door): $14.00
Adults (advanced online only): $12.00 *Starting opening day of the show the price will increase to $14, same as box office pricing.

Greater Cleveland Food Bank Day: TBD - Our friends at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank will be collecting food items.  Bring 2 cans of vegetables & receive $4 off the regular admission price.

Hero Day: Sunday, November 23 - All active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, and first responders receive FREE admission to the show with valid ID at the Box Office.  For your service and sacrifice, we thank you.

WHEELCHAIRS

Standard size push wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis at the Coat Check Desk in Lobby. You will be asked to provide a driver’s license, which we will hold until the wheelchair is returned. Wheelchairs may not be reserved. Oversized and motorized wheelchairs are not available, but you may bring your own.

PARKING

East and West Entrances are now open for the Christmas Connection! The Main Entrance of the show is located at the East Entrance.  The West Entrance is used for overflow parking. If you enter through the West, be sure to head to the East Entrance for the 30 foot Santa, Christmas displays and more!

General parking at the I-X Center is $12 per vehicle. Exact cash is preferred...it really helps the lines move faster!

*Cost of admission to the Christmas Connection Show does not include parking. The Christmas Connection Show benefits in no way from any parking fee collected by the I-X Center.
