Trisha's Elderberries began in 2009 when Trisha Jackson began teaching moms about plant-based remedies at her evening freezer meal workshops, doling out simple recipe cards and ziplock bags of herbs. What started as teaching others how to source ingredients and make easy herbal recipes themselves, snowballed into an entire line of elderberry-based artisanal products to holistically support the mind, body and home.
